I’m Rodney Pierre—and I turn average into explosive. For over 15 years, I’ve helped everyday people tap into their inner athlete and completely transform the way they move, feel, and perform. I’m not here to count reps—I’m here to build high-performance machines.
I hold a degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and a certification from N.E.S.T.A., but what really sets me apart? I’ve been in the trenches—training athletes, rehabbing injuries, and helping clients go from broken down to built up. I’ve worked alongside legends like Tony Sands and sharpened my skills at Holy Cross Hospital and Athletics Edge in Boca Raton.
Now I run Average to Athletic—a personalized, elite-level coaching service designed to help you look, feel, and perform like the athlete you were born to be. Whether I’m training you in your home, your private gym, or virtually, my mission is the same:
