A2A Fitness exists because transformation should be personal, intentional, and proven—not generic workouts handed to you in a crowded gym. I know this because I lived it. I was the overweight kid most of my life until I made a decision in high school to take control of my body, my confidence, and my future. In less than 90 days, I transformed myself by mastering strength training, mobility-focused stretching, and disciplined nutrition. That system changed my life—and now it’s the foundation of everything I do.

With a degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and personal training certifications from N.E.S.T.A., Rodney has trained athletes, high achievers, and even world-renowned clients like Mike Tyson and his family. His approach combines personalized strength, mobility, and energy-focused programs to help clients perform—and feel—their absolute best. Based in Boca Raton, Rodney is committed to helping every client transform their body and mindset through expert guidance, accountability, and results-driven coaching.
